Virtual Personal Training

With how the world is adapting & changing at the moment, virtual training is the way to go.

I understand you may feel a little hesitant about starting personal training via zoom because it isn’t quite as ‘hands on’, but let me ask you this; how many times have you seen a PT training a client on the gym floor but their eyes aren’t on their client at all but gazing around the gym, looking at their phone etc? As a client of mine working via Zoom, you will have my undivided attention and will make great progress and reach the goals you desire, even though a computer screen & it will make it feel just as personable and progressional as if we were working on the gym floor.

1:1 Sessions

Working with me on a 1:1 basis is great if you have a specific goal whether it be weight loss, to build muscle, or simply work on your fitness level. Each session will be 1 hour.

  • 4 sessions per month (1 per week) - £140
  • 8 sessions per month (2 per week) - £240
  • 12 sessions per month (3 per week) - £300

2:1 Sessions

This is a great option if you need that little extra support or have a friend/partner who has a similar goal. Maybe you want to start weight training, or simply want to start your fitness journey, this is the best option for you. Each session will be 1 hour.

  • 4 sessions per month (1 per week) - £200
  • 8 sessions per month (2 per week) - £360
  • 12 sessions per month (3 per week) - £480 (Split between the two)

Small group sessions

Perfect to get the whole group moving! Whether it be the family, a group of friends, co-workers, this session can be made to suit you as a group! From weight training, to barre to HIIT, this can be tailored to the group.

  • Each session will be 45 minutes.
  • Minimum of 5 people. £5 per person.
